2.1 By using the website, the user indicates that they accept these terms and conditions as legally binding and agrees to abide by them. If the user does not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Website in any capacity and do not register with us.
3. USING THE WEBSITE
3.1 This website may only be used for browsing and shopping or for placing an order at the website.
3.2 No part of the website (or its source code) may be used, transferred, copied or reproduced in whole or in part in any manner other than for the purposes of utilising the website for the purpose set out in these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 The ownership of all intellectual property in the Website resides with us or is licensed to us. The user may not use any method of systematic retrieval of content from this website to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, database or directory without prior written consent.
3.4 The user may not modify any materials taken from the website or use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. The origin of any such material must always be acknowledged.
3.5 The user may not use any part of the website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3.6 The user may not link the website to any other website without prior written consent. Furthermore we make no warranties, representations or undertakings about the content of any other website which may be referred to or accessed via hypertext link with this website and we do not endorse or approve the content of such third party websites.
3.7 We accept no liability in respect of the users use or reliance on the website. This does not affect the users rights as a consumer in relation to purchases made through the website.
3.8 We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate the user’s registration, remove or edit content, request the return or destruction of copied or downloaded content from the website at our discretion.
3.9 We reserve the right to alter the functionalities and features of the website and to permit or restrict the users access to certain areas of the Website for any reason.
3.10 The user agrees not to post or transfer to the website any material which might damage software or hinder the performance of any other parties’ computer system. The user agrees to indemnify us in respect of any and all liabilities, losses, expenses or other costs incurred as a result of a breach of the users obligations of this condition including, but not limited to, any claims made against us by any third party.

4.1 Any and all third party content is the sole responsibility of the party who provided that content. We bear no responsibility for the accuracy, propriety, lawfulness or truthfulness of any third party content, and shall not be liable to the user in connection with the users reliance on such Third Party Content.
4.2 The website may facilitate access for the user to content, products or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks to Third Party’s websites. We bear no responsibility or liability for such websites or their content, products or services.
5. UPLOADING CONTENT TO OUR SITE
5.1 Any and all content uploaded to the website must comply with the standards set out in clause 6. The user agrees to indemnify us in respect of any and all liabilities, losses, expenses or other costs incurred as a result of a breach of the user’s obligations of this condition including, but not limited to, any claims made against us by any third party.
5.2 The user hereby consents that Cheapstationery.com has the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any and all content uploaded to our site for any purpose. All such content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We reserve the right to disclose the user’s identity to any third party claimant in the case of a violation of intellectual property rights or right to privacy arising as a result of content posted or uploaded by the user to our site.
5.3 We bear no responsibility or liability to any third party for the contents or accuracy of any content posted by a user.
5.4 We reserve the right to remove any content if we judge such material does not comply with the standards set out in clause 6.
5.5 We bear no responsibility or liability to monitor or moderate any content posted on our site, or for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on any content uploaded to our site by third parties.
6. USER SUPPLIED CONTENT STANDARDS
6.1 Any and all user supplied content must meet the following minimum standards.
6.1.1 User supplied content must not contain or promote any content which is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, sexually explicit, or violent, encourages discrimination on the basis of race, creed, colour, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, religious and political beliefs or affiliations, mental or physical handicap or material status.
6.1.2 User supplied content may not infringe copyrights or trademarks, be likely to deceive any person, be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party.
6.1.3 User supplied content may not harass, upset, inconvenience, distress, embarrass, alarm, threaten, abuse or infringe the right to privacy of any person or entity.
6.1.4 User supplied content may not be used to impersonate or misrepresent an identity or affiliation nor to encourage or assist any unlawful acts.
6.1.5 User supplied content must comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which it is posted.
7. USER ACCOUNT
7.1 The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password details and for restricting access to the user computer to prevent unauthorised access to the user account.
7.2 The user accepts responsibility for any and all activities undertaken with the user’s account or password.
7.3 The user should contact us immediately if it is suspected that the password has become known to anyone else, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
7.4 The user must ensure that any and all details provided to us are correct and complete. The user must inform us immediately of any changes to the information provided on registration.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or on the part of Cheapstationery.com or its employees or for any damage or liability incurred by the user as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of Cheapstationery.com or its employees.
8.2 Subject to condition 8.1 we shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of contract, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information (including but not limited to any contributions submitted or posted on the Website), or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses. In any event, subject to condition 8.1 our total liability shall be limited to £50.
8.3 Any and all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from these Terms and Conditions.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1 We bear no responsibility or liability to any third party for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under these Terms and Conditions arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: acts of God including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, wind storm or other natural disasters; war, threats of and preparation for war, other armed conflicts, imposition of sanctions, embargoes, breaking off of diplomatic relations; terrorist attacks, civil war, civil disturbances or riots; fire, explosion or accidental damage; adverse weather conditions; the collapse of buildings and structures, failure of plant and/or machinery, computers or vehicles; any and all labour disputes and industrial action; non performance by suppliers or sub-contractors and interruption or failure of utility; any and all loss of internet service, whether in connection with the website’s server, or the server used by an administrator or user.
10. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
10.1 We reserve the right to determine whether there has been a breach of our Terms and Conditions of use. When we have determined that a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate without prior notice, including but not limited to:
10.1.1 Immediate termination of the user’s account.
10.1.2 Legal proceedings against the user for all costs resulting from the breach on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, administrative and legal costs).
10.1.3 Further legal action against the user in respect of other claims not outlined above.
10.1.4 Disclosure of any and all information to law enforcement agencies as we deem necessary.
10.2 Upon termination of the user’s account, the user agrees that clauses 8 and 11 remain in full force and effect.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the user hereby irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. This does not affect the user’s statutory rights as a consumer to bring claims in the user’s local jurisdiction.
12. VARIATION
12.1 Cheapstationery.com reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time by amending this page. The user is expected to review this page every so often to check for updates to these terms and conditions. Any and all such changes are binding on the user. Certain provisions contained herein may be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Website.
12.2 The user will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that the user places any order, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required by law or governmental, or if the user is notified of such change to those policies or these terms and conditions before The Confirmation is sent to the user. In such instance, the user will be assumed to have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless the user notifies us to the contrary within seven working days of the user’s receipt of the order.
13. ORDERING
13.1 All users are required to confirm their acceptance of our terms and conditions when placing an order on the website. Refusal to accept these terms and conditions will result in the user not being able to place any orders on the website.
13.2 The website is intended for use by people who require delivery to mainland UK, the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. We cannot accept orders for delivery outside those locations.
13.3 By placing an order through the website, the user warrants that he or she is legally capable of entering into binding contracts and is at least 18 years old.
13.4 Upon placing an order on the website, the user will receive an e-mail acknowledgement from us that we are in receipt of the order. This acknowledgement does not constitute an acceptance of the order.
13.5 The order constitutes an offer to us to purchase product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
13.6 The acceptance of orders is confirmed when we send the user an e-mail containing a VAT invoice pertaining to the user’s order (“The Confirmation”).
13.7 A contract is formed when we send The Confirmation. The contract only relates specifically to the product(s) whose dispatch we have accepted in The Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any product(s) which may have been part of the order until the dispatch of such product(s) has been accepted in a separate Confirmation.
14. DELIVERY AND SUBSTITUTION
14.1 Orders will be fulfilled by the delivery date specified in The Confirmation or, if no such date is specified, then within a reasonable period after The Confirmation, save for in exceptional circumstances.
14.2 We only deliver to mainland UK, the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. We cannot make deliveries outside those locations.
14.3 We cannot make deliveries to Post Office Boxes.
14.4 If we are unable to deliver the order within the period stipulated in The Confirmation then we will contact the user giving the option to cancel the order. In these circumstances the user will be provided with a full refund.
14.5 All deliveries require a signature.
14.6 Furniture items, large and/or heavy items and deliveries to remote locations may incur additional delivery charges. We will inform the user of the delivery charges at the time of the order or email the user requesting confirmation to proceed with an order where additional delivery charges apply.
14.7 Furniture, safes and other large and/or heavy items can only be delivered to the ground floor of buildings. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient access at the delivery location to allow delivery of the product(s).
15. PRICING
15.1 Products will be priced as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
15.2 Prices quoted exclude VAT and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
15.3 Prices quoted are liable to change without prior notification. Changes will not affect orders in respect of which The Confirmation has already been received.
15.4 If a product is incorrectly priced we will contact the user giving the option to cancel the order or to proceed at the correct price. In circumstances where the order is cancelled the user will be provided with a full refund.
15.5 Cheapstationery accepts no obligation to provide any incorrectly priced product(s) to the user at the incorrect price, even after we have sent The Confirmation.
16. PAYMENT
16.1 Payments must be made using one of our accepted credit or debit cards or through Paypal unless the user has a credit account facility with us.
16.2 If the user has been provided with a credit facility then payment for all orders must be received by us within 30 days of the VAT invoice date stipulated on The Confirmation.
16.3 If the user fails to make payment on or before the due date then Cheapstationery.com reserves the right to withdraw the credit facility forthwith, without further notification. Interest shall continue to accrue on the outstanding amount until payment is received, at the rate provided in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
16.4 Recommended Retail Prices (“RRP”) reflect the manufacturer’s recommended selling price and are not indicative of prevailing prices at a given time or within a given area.
17. RISK AND TITLE
17.1 Ownership of the product(s) remains with Cheapstationery.com and will only pass to the user upon receipt of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products themselves, delivery charges, and any and all other sums arising from the sale of said products.
17.2 Until such time as the title to the product(s) passes to the user, the user agrees to hold such product(s) on a fiduciary basis as our bailee, store such product(s) separately from all other goods held by the user so that they remain readily identifiable as the property of Cheapstationery.com.
17.3 The user agrees not remove, deface or obscure any identifying mark or packaging on or relating to such product(s).
17.4 If before title of such product(s) passes to the user,
17.4.1 the user fails to pay any amount due to us on the due date for payment,
17.4.2 the user withholds, or threatens to withhold, payment of outstanding debts,
17.4.3 the user is deemed to be insolvent, bankrupt or unable to make payment of outstanding debts as they fall due for payment,
17.4.4 the user admits inability to make payment of outstanding debts or is deemed unable to make payment of outstanding debts within the meaning of section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1996,
17.4.5 the user commences negotiations with any and all class of creditors with a view to rescheduling any of the user’s debts,
17.4.6 the user enters into any composition or arrangement such as an IVA with the user’s creditors,
17.4.7 an order is made, a resolution passed, or a notice issued convening a meeting in order to pass a resolution, or any analogous proceedings are undertaken for the user to wind-up, place into administration or dissolution, or any liquidator, bankruptcy trustee, receiver, administrative receiver, administrator or similar officer is appointed over, or in respect of, the user or any part of the user’s business or assets,
then without limiting any other right or remedy that we may have, we may at any time require the user to deliver up such product(s) and, if the user fail to do so promptly, we reserve the right to enter any of the user’s premises in order to recover the said product(s).
17.5 Product(s) will be at the user’s risk from the time of delivery.
18. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
18.1 The user may return a product for any reason provided that the user emails us to request the return of the product within 14 days of receipt of the order.
18.2 Products can only be accepted for return if they are in saleable condition. Packaging must not be marked or defaced in any way and items must be in original, unopened packaging.
18.3 On receipt of a return request the user will be provided with a return number and a collection will be arranged. Upon confirmation that the product(s) are in saleable condition a refund or credit will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item in our warehouse.
18.4 After the 14 day period has expired, returns may be processed on a discretionary basis and handling and administration charges may apply.
18.5 Defective or damaged products must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of the order. On receipt of such a notification the user will be provided with a return number and a collection will be arranged. Upon confirmation that the product(s) are defective or damaged a refund or credit will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the item in our warehouse.
18.6 Missing items must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of the order.
18.7 Refunds will generally be processed via the method of payment for the original order.
18.8 Where appropriate, delivery costs will be refunded only if all items within an order are returned. In instances where an order has qualified for free delivery, should the deduction of the returned item take the order value below the threshold for free delivery, Cheapstationery.com reserves the right to apply the delivery charge and to deduct this cost from any refund.
18.9 Any items returned as 'not required' or due to customer error will attract a collection charge of £7.95.
19. LIABILITY
19.1 We warrant that product(s) purchased from us are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purposes for which such products are generally supplied.
19.2 Any liability for losses suffered as a result of a breach of this agreement is strictly limited to the price of the product(s) purchased.
19.3 This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any instance where it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
19.4 We do not accept any responsibility for any and all indirect losses resulting from the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by the user and us, including but not limited to loss of income or revenue, loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits and/or contracts, loss of any and all anticipated savings, any and all losses incurred through waste of management or office time howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, provided that this clause shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to the user’s tangible property that falls within the terms of clause 19.1 or 19.2 or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not otherwise excluded.
20. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
20.1 Where relevant, some of the information transmitted to the user should be in writing according to the relevant legal frameworks. The user hereby accepts that the majority of communication with us will be electronic and hereby acknowledges that any and all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to the user electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Information will be transmitted to the user via e-mail and via the posting of notices on our website. This condition does not affect the user’s statutory rights.
21. NOTICES
21.1 All notices to us must be sent to Cheapstationery.com Limited at 11 Barratt Way, Tudor Road, Harrow, HA3 5TJ. We may give notice to the user via the e-mail or postal address provided to us on placement of an order. Any and all notice(s) will be deemed properly served and received immediately upon posting on our website, within 24 hours of the despatch of an e-mail, or within four days of the posting of a letter. , In the case of an e-mail, it will be sufficient to prove service of any notice that such e-mail was sent to the e-mail address specified by the user. In the case of a letter, it will be sufficient to prove service of any notice that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post.
22. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
22.1 The contract between Cheapstationery.com and the user is binding on the user and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
22.2 The user may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of the user’s rights or obligations arising under it, without prior written consent.
22.3 We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract. Any such changes will be published on our website and such publication will be deemed to have provided sufficient notification to the user.
23. WAIVER
23.1 Any and all failures on our part, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of the user’s obligations under the Contract or adherence of the user to any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve the user from compliance with such obligations.
23.2 Any and all waivers by us of any default shall not constitute a precedent to permit waivers of any subsequent default.
23.3 No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated as such and communicated in writing to the user in accordance with condition 21.
24. PROMOTIONS
24.1 From time to time on the website we run promotions and unless otherwise specified, only one promotion can be used per order.
24.2 Unless otherwise specified, promotional items purchased by the user will not qualify or count towards the user’s basket value in order to redeem further free promotional items. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) which we deem to have attempted to manipulate the promotional item system in any way.
24.3 Certain products and product groups may be excluded from promotional activities. Such products do not count towards qualifying conditions for offers and may not benefit from any promotional discount.
24.4 All promotional activities are subject to stock availability. Cheapstationery.com reserves the right to end a promotion at any time without prior warning.
24.5 We accept no liability for any and all financial losses which may arise from the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
24.6 GIFTS
24.6.1 In certain instances, additional delivery or postal charges may be payable by the user in respect of gifts. This will be clearly indicated to the user where appropriate.
24.6.2 When gifts are offered subject to a minimum spend requirement, VAT and supplementary charges (such as delivery, gift wrap or postage & packing) may still be payable and will not count towards the minimum spending requirement.
24.6.3 If the user qualifies for a free gift by meeting a minimum spend threshold and the user decides to return some of the goods purchased, thereby reducing the order value to below the minimum spend threshold, any and all promotional items must be returned at the user’s expense in order for a credit or refund to be processed.
24.6.4 If the user qualifies for a free gift by purchasing a specific item which the user subsequently decides to return, any and all promotional items must be returned at the user’s expense in order for a credit or refund to be processed.
24.6.5 If not delivered with the qualifying order, promotional items will be delivered within a maximum 28 days of the user placing the qualifying order.
24.7 OFFER CODES
24.7.1 Offer codes may be used on our website for certain promotions. Any such offer codes are subject to these terms and conditions as well as any terms and conditions of which we will notify the user at the time of issue of the offer.
24.7.2 Any such offers may be redeemed by entering the offer code into the website shopping cart at the appropriate point of the order process.
24.7.3 Unless otherwise specified, offer codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers and have no cash redemption value.
24.7.4 Cheapstationery.com reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any and all offer codes for any reason at any time without prior warning.
24.7.5 Unless otherwise specified, offer codes are valid only for a single use by the recipient and may not be valid in conjunction with any other promotional activities.
24.7.6 Offer codes are only valid for use through the website.
24.7.7 Certain products and product groups may be excluded from such offer codes. Such products do not count towards qualifying conditions for offers and may not benefit from any promotional discount.
24.7.8 Unless otherwise specified, offer codes may not be distributed via any means not expressly authorised by Cheapstationery.com. Offer codes disseminated by such unauthorised means may be refused and are subject to summary cancellation without prior warning.
24.7.9 Unless otherwise specified, offer codes may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or by any other means disseminated for use by any user other than the intended recipient.
24.7.10Upon redemption of an offer code, the user warrants that the user is the specified recipient and is entitled to redeem the offer code. Any attempt to redeem an offer code to which the user is not entitled may result in criminal or civil proceedings.
24.7.11Upon redemption of an offer code, the user warrants that the user forfeits any and all claims against us in the event of rejection of cancellation of the offer code
24.7.12We reserve the right to reject any offer code which, according to our reasonable determination, is being used in contravention of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.
24.7.13In accordance with HM Revenue and Customs guidelines, all such offer codes are treated as cash and VAT is due on the full value of an order. The user will be required to pay VAT on the full value of the order, unless otherwise stated.
24.8 LOYALTY POINTS SCHEME
24.8.1 The user may, on a discretionary basis only, receive loyalty points based on the value of orders.
24.8.2 Additionally, the user may qualify for additional loyalty points subject to meeting minimum spend requirements or the purchase of qualifying products.
24.8.3 Loyalty points will accrue automatically as and when the user earns them. Users will be able to check loyalty point’s totals by logging into the website.
24.8.4 If the user fails to meet the minimum value (£50) of purchases required over a six month period, all accumulated points will be forfeited.
24.8.5 Loyalty points can only be redeemed through the website for items which are displayed in the rewards section of the website.
24.8.7 Loyalty rewards may be subject to summary change and Cheapstationery.com does not guarantee the continued availability of advertised rewards.
24.8.8 In certain instances, additional delivery or postal charges may be payable by the user in respect of loyalty rewards. This will be clearly indicated to the user where appropriate.
24.8.9 Once redeemed, loyalty points cannot be used again and will be deducted from the user’s points total.
24.8.10The loyalty points system and rules may be subject to summary change, suspension or termination, in which case the user’s loyalty points total will be forfeit.
24.9 DISCOUNTS
24.9.1 Products which qualify for percentage discounts will have the relevant deduction applied in the cart.
24.9.2 Unless otherwise specified, delivery charges do not qualify for percentage discounts.
24.9.3 Items purchased under a promotional terms will be refunded on the same terms. The user’s statutory rights are not affected.
25. PRIVACY
25.1 USER INFORMATION
25.1.1 User information will be held by Cheapstationery.com.
25.1.2 In the event that our business is sold or coupled with another business, the user consents that the user’s details may be disclosed to our advisors, any prospective purchasers and their advisors and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.
25.1.3 We will collect information about the user which may include but not be limited to; personal contact details, record of any and all contact or correspondence between us and the user, statistical and non-identifiable user IP, operating system and browser type information, cookies, transaction and fulfilment information, billing information, credit card and debit card numbers and expiration dates.
25.1.4 Such information may be used to ensure effective provision of services to the user, satisfy any contractual obligations, maintain records, provide administrative and marketing communications, provide aggregated, non-identifiable information to our marketing partners, or disclosure of information to subsidiary companies, Courts, regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies.
25.1.5 If the user requests a trade credit account, a search may be undertaken with credit reference agencies in order to determine the user’s credit worthiness. We may make searches both in respect of the user’s Company and its directors. We therefore collect the information that the user submit on the credit application form and we will keep a copy of the search results from the credit reference agency. Such information may be shared with other financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
25.1.6 The user hereby authorises us to use personal data supplied for an unlimited period.
25.1.7 Cheapstationery.com is committed to protecting user’s privacy and the security of personal and payment information. High levels of security, appropriate to the nature of the data and the harm that might result from any breach of security are in place. We accept no liability for any losses resulting from any and all breaches for security.
25.1.8 The user has certain rights under the Data Protection Act(s) in relation to the information that we hold, including access to user’s personal data for a reasonable fee, the right to request that we cease using information about the user for the purpose of marketing communication, the right to require us to ensure that no decision is taken by or on behalf of us which significantly affects the user based solely on the automated processing of the user’s information, for the purpose of evaluating matters such as creditworthiness or reliability or conduct the right to require a correction of errors in the personal information held about the user.
26. SEVERABILITY
26.1 In the event that any of these terms and conditions or any clause or provision of any contract between Cheapstationery.com and the user be judged by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, clause, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, clauses, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
27.1 Any and all terms and conditions contained herein and any document referred to expressly herein represents the entirety of the agreement between Cheapstationery.com and the user in relation to the subject matter of any and all contracts. It supersedes any and all prior agreements, understandings or arrangements.
27.2 Both parties hereby accept that neither has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written in negotiations between the parties prior to such contract except as expressly stated herein.
27.3 Neither party shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any contract and the other party's only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.
