Pricing:

"Our Price" - In the unlikely event that an item has been incorrectly priced, Cheapstationery.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, on a discretionary basis, we will do our utmost to honour the price quoted and fulfil the order so as to minimise your inconvenience.

Delivery:
We will endeavour to deliver your order between 9am - 6pm on the next working day following your order, if it is received before 4.30pm. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Goods are despatched by courier and need to be signed for on receipt.

Your Order:
We will always endeavour to complete your order exactly as placed. However, in some instances we may need to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature (e.g. a blue stapler for a red one). If you do not wish to accept these alternate goods please ensure that you return them to us within 7 days of receipt.

As we want to keep you informed of the many special offers and benefits we offer, we may contact you via email. As per the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003, each communication will provide an 'Unsubscribe' option if you wish to be excluded from further mailings.
