How do I return an item?
To return an unwanted item, please complete a Returns Form within 7 days of delivery, selecting the your reason from the drop-down list. Items returned after this time may be accepted on a discretionary basis only.
When returning anything to us, please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and that the packaging not damaged or defaced in any way.
Please be aware that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on food or drinks under any circumstances due to health and safety restrictions.
Please be aware that any items returned as 'not required' or due to customer error will attract a collection charge of £7.95.
When returning an unwanted item please ensure:
* the item is in its original packaging
* the packaging has not been opened
* the packaging has no writing or markings on it
We will endeavour to process your refund within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
* We will organise the collection of your item(s) and email you any collection details as required.
* Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we may need to contact you in order to process your refund.
Something is missing from my order. What should I do?
