I want the same products I've bought before. Is there a quick way to do that?
Once you're logged in, it’s easy.
Towards the bottom of the account overview page you can see your recent orders. If you can’t see the one you're after, click the ‘View All’ link. When you find the order you're looking for, simply click on ‘Reorder’ link at the end of that line to see the details.
Just one click places all the items from this order into your cart, allowing you to get to the checkout and process your order quickly and easily, in no more than a few clicks.
How do I place an order?
Filling your cart
If you are looking for something in particular, a good place to start is to type it into the orange-edged search bar, in the top right-hand corner. Alternatively, you can browse through the menus to the product area you're looking for and then use the facet search on the left-hand side to refine your search a bit further.
When you've found the item(s) you need, check the quantity, click the 'Add' button next to the item and you'll find it in your shopping cart. You can see what's in your cart at any time just by clicking on the 'Shopping Cart' link in the top right-hand corner.
Placing your order
When you've got all the bits you need, click on the 'Checkout' button on the cart page. If you haven't already registered with us, we'd recommend it. You'll qualify for all sorts of special offers, you'll automatically join our reward points scheme and it'll make the process even quicker next time you order.
You'll be taken through our simple step-by-step checkout process where you'll check that your order is correct, tell us where you want it to go and how you're going to pay. Your transaction is completely secure and you will promptly receive an email confirmation.
