Delivery

Charges:
Delivery is free for orders over �50 (ex VAT). Because our prices are so competitive orders under �50 excluding VAT, will incur a charge of �9.99.

Lead Times:
Most of our products are available on a next working day basis and as long as we receive your order before 4.30pm your items will arrive on the next working day.

Locations:
We deliver to all of mainland UK, including next day delivery to most areas of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales as well as the Isle of Wight. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to deliver to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly or to PO box addresses.

Requirements:
All our deliveries require a signature so please ensure that someone is around to receive your items.

General Info:
Our drivers will make every effort to deliver to the address on the order, so if appropriate, please make sure you include your floor.
Delivering heavy and oversize items: Our drivers are only insured to deliver heavy items such as Furniture and Safes to the ground floor, provided there is reasonable access. Please note that large items may incur an extra delivery charge.
